If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to access and use the Website, and you must immediately stop doing so.

  1. Products and Services

We offer books, literature, and other resources for sale on the Website, and we accept member contributions.

We will not change the price for a product you have already completed purchase of, or for any service which you have already engaged us to provide as long as the service is provided to you within 6 months of us providing you with a price for that service.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available.

  1. User Accounts
  • You are not required to create an account to make a purchase on the website.
  • We do not store user account information, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials (if applicable) secure.
  1. Terms of Sale
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST inclusive. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Order Processing: Orders will be processed once payment is received.
  • Return and Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged or faulty items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition with a copy of the original receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    We do not offer a refund for ‘change of mind’. We are happy to exchange or refund products within 14 days provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;
    – is unopened and unused,
    – in original condition and packaging.
We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.
  • Faulty Goods: If a problem occurs with goods purchased from us, please get in touch and we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as specified under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  1. Payment Processing
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, direct bank payment, (via STRIPE). There are transaction fees associated with any payment method.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping: We currently only ship to New Zealand.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are available on our website. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery charges within the North Island and South Island will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. We may change delivery fees at any time.
  • Rural Delivery: If you live at a rural address, you must indicate that at checkout for your item to be delivered. Please note that if you don’t select rural delivery but your order is being delivered to a rural address, this may result in a request for you to pay a rural delivery fee before your order is delivered. This additional fee is charged because rural delivery couriers are subcontracted to deliver your parcel from the nearest post office. These couriers then on-charge this fee.
  • Unable to supply: In the event we are unable to deliver any item, your item will be placed on back order until stock is available. Alternatively, you can request a credit for the amounts paid in respect of the item. This can take around 7 working days, depending on bank processing times.
  • Risk: Goods are at our risk until delivered to your nominated address, at which point the risk in the goods will pass to you. We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case, you will not incur any extra delivery cost.
  • Lost or damaged parcels: If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days. We will use your delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
  • Cancelling Your Order: If you wish to cancel your order please contact us.

If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund to your original payment method where possible.  We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.
